It took two years of frame off restoration to bring this beautiful 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Tribute to a level of perfection. The car came out of Michigan, where the previous owner had it for 3 years. The body and frame of the car were stripped down to bare metal and sprayed with epoxy primer, while all of the inner panels were completely rust proofed. The body was painted in Blue Metallic paint with clear coated silver racing stripes that match perfectly with the color. The car has a beautiful black interior equipped with some aftermarket elements such as the Kenwood Stereo, custom gauge panel and aftermarket gauges on the dashboard.
Now the car is as clean underneath as it is on the top side. This Chevelle was finished in the summer of 2013.
As for the specifications of this handsome muscle beast, let me show you what this baby is all about. Under the hood of the Chevelle rumbles an 355ci small block Chevy engine with 8 cylinders capable to produce power of approximately 400 hp, paired to a built GM 700R4 automatic transmission with overdrive.
I must admit, the guys at Vanguard Motor Sales did an amazing job with it. Take a look at this hot baby on the following video!
