Usually when we hear about a race with the Porsche 997 Turbo we think of a wild race featuring the German masterpiece on one side, and some other hot supercar. But in this particular drag race the Porsche gets an unusual rival – a go-kart.

The Porsche 911 Turbo, with its AWD and a 3.6L turbocharged I6 engine under the hood is the thing of legend. This is an everyday supercar with mind-blowing performance. So you would probably think that, as an owner, you would be able to easily wipe the floor in a drag race against a mere go-kart. Well, you’d be wrong!

This particular go-kart in question has a Suzuki 650cc motorcycle engine under its hood. That makes a fantastic power-to-weight ratio in comparison with the Porsche.

Of course, you cannot reasonably drive a go-kart everyday. This vehicle is definitely not something that a person can go buy groceries with. But, it costs a lot less than a Porsche 911 Turbo, and can definitely make you completely satisfied on a race track or at the drag strip.
