1977 Pontiac Firebird Esprit
The Rockford Files drama series from the 1970s portrayed a new model of the Pontiac Firebird every year until 1978 which was the fourth year of the show. The lead actor James Garner didn’t like how Pontiac redesigned the front end of the Firebird so he didn’t want the car on the show.
