1971 Volkswagen Coyote X
A special sports car, the Coyote, was produced specially for the Hardcastle and McCormick TV series running from 1983 to 1986. Instead of using a conventional model, a so-called kit car was used. Two different models were used in the series. The first model had a VW chassis and a Porsche 914 engine. In the second and third season a modified DeLorean was used.
