When the Jeep Wrangler Polar was created, the main idea was to appraise the outstanding 4×4 capabilities of the legendary Jeep Wrangler. The customised Wrangler Polar model is ready for the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, where it will debut. It features a four-door Wrangler Unlimited configuration; the exterior is all-new Hydro Blue, and the interior is a splendid match.
The Jeep Wrangler is characterized with a one-in-one trim, which gives this vehicle great might and high-level performance. The equipment includes special styling cues, body-colour hardtop, 18″ Gloss Black alloy wheels, and original Mopar® accessories.
All the interested can purchase it in Europe in the first quarter of 2014. There will be two available versions: a two-door and four-door. Under the hood of the Wrangler, there is a powerful 2.8-litre turbo diesel or powerful 3.6-litre petrol engine.
Why this Jeep is got the Polar name? It has the “Polar” badge located right to the front fender flares that bear 78° S and 106° E coordinates. These coordinates point to Antarctica`s Vostok, a place where the most freezing temperature worldwide was ever recorded, frightening -89.2° C (-128.56° F). The whole point is to dare and risk. The Wrangler gives you the opportunity of visiting the most unusual places that they may even represent “mission: impossible.”
The car is characterized with unmatched off-road expertise and benchmark technology.
This Jeep is based on the Jeep Wrangler Sahara model. However, its exterior distinguishes the model greatly from all the other models. There is a new front grille with special Gloss Black highlights on the lamp throats, a brand new hard spare-tyre cover, body-colour hardtop, deep-tint sunscreen glass, and a Powerdome hood. The Jeep runs on Gloss Black 18″ alloy wheels.
The Jeep has a six-speed manual gearbox and 2.8-litre engine which delivers 200 hp and 410 Nm of torque at 2,600 – 3,200 rpm.
