2014 Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Squadra Corse

The new-generation Gallardo is based on the current Gallardo Super Trofeo racecar, and it is called the Gallardo LP 570-4 Squadra Corse. The Italian automaker described it as a vehicle that “brings race track emotion directly to the road.”
What distinguishes this model from the basic Gallardo LP 560-4? The Squadra Corse version is definitely more powerful and lighter, and it features updated performance figures.This Lamborghini had its debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.

The prices for this Lambo are already released. The US market will offer only 15 units with a base price of $259,100.

Some of the elements that were previously adjusted to the Super Trofeo car are a huge rear wing and a removable hood with a quick-release system, both of them being made of carbon fiber.
The new Gallardo Squadra Corse is finished in only green, white and red — the colors of the Italian flag.

The non-US markets offer the following paintings: Giallo Midas (yellow), Grigio Thalasso (grey), Bianco Monocerus (white), and in Rosso Mars (red).

The interior is a combination of Alcantara and carbon fiber. The door panels, racing seats, as well as the center console are made of carbon fiber; whereas the the dashboard, backrest and the central panel of the seat cushion are stitched of Alcantara.

The handbrake frame has some carbon-fiber insertions as well.

Under its hood of the new Gallardo LP 570-4 Squadra Corse, the same V-10 engine as in the Gallardo Super Trofeo racecar is retained, which produces a total of 570 horsepower at 8,000 rpm.
