A 1968 Chevelle Becoming 2007 Corvette!

Chevrolet`s most popular vehicle is definitely the Chevelle. It has a long history of 34 year production. From its first launch in 1964 till 1977, there were three different generations of Chevelle in four unique body designs: Sedan, Station Wagon, Coupe, and Convertible.

There came a new idea of reviving the Chevelle myth. The updated version will have 1968 Chevelle Chassis and the other components will be just like the ones of a 2007 Corvette.

The Chevrolet Corvelle will be auctioned by RK Motors for $109, 900. It will have the standard LeMans Blue body which was applied to the `68 Chevelle and `07 Corvette. Under its hood, a 6.0-liter LS2 V8 engine will be place delivering 400 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque. There wiil be 6-speed transmission.

The exterior package consist chromed rear and front bumpers, a stainless mesh grille, a stainless windshield surround, a standard Chevelle badge on the rear panel, side markers, tail lights fitted with LEDs, and quad headlights. The car will run on chrome plated 18- and 19- inch Corvette alloys with Corvette-spec Goodyear tires.
