Mark says that he does his best to keep the costs for the car minimal. During the whole process there have been many trials and errors, but still he kept pushing forward to complete it, together with his truly supportive friends who spent many sleepless nights working with him in the shed.

One of Mark’s friends that helped him with the car assembling is the drift and time attack legend Simon Podlewski, living in Morpowa, Adelaide.

Mark speaks of Simon as his role model and inspiration to go with the whole thing to the end. Mark used to watch Simon racing in his 2JZ/180sx in Mallala, feeling great respect and admiration for his idol. Simon helped Mark a lot with the tuning and the aero design of the car, using his own past experience with his racing car.
