The stakes on Fiat totally merging with Chrysler are enormously high as the company till now possesses 68.49-percent of Chrysler with the new additional 3.3 percent. It was reported that Fiat is enormously interested in raising the capital to afford the finance needed for the total control over Chrysler.

Right now, the possibility of striking a deal is small as Fiat`s estimation on Chrysler is $4.2 billion, whereas Chrysler`s offer amounts to $10.3 billion.
