The Barrett-Jackson in Las Vegas this weekend auctioned a one-of-a-kind 2014 Ford Mustang Cobra Jet for charity. The outcome amounted $200,000. The Cobra has a special serial number of 2014BJMSCJXX1. Exterior-wise, it has a Fiery Orange satin finish with dark grey reflective Cobra Jet highlights.
Under the hood, there is a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine wired to a T4 racing transmission. Further specifications are a 9-inch rear end, wheelie bar, 3-link rear suspension, Recaro race seats, certified safety cage, etc.
Not only the Cobra Jet new owner is getting a new car, but he also gets a training at Roy Hill’s Drag Racing School. More precisely, we are talking about a tour of the Ford Design Studios and Ford Product Development with Mustang Chief Engineer Dave Pericak.
All of the special Mustangs Ford auctions off held at Barrett-Jackson will be fully donated to charity. This car`s $200,000 raised money will be donated to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society to aid the patients disabling disease of the central nervous system.
