In 1970, the developers of the amazing Plymouth Barracuda have decided to prepare a completely new car. First, they developed a new platform, the model was shortened to 4.75 meters, but increased in width to 1.9 meters. Changes were made also to the design.

There were the long bonnet convertible and the coupe with an aggressive appearance, the window line has improved, but there were also unique, extremely stylish “gills” on the sidewalls. The talented designer of these models was the young John Goerlitz. And for the body color were used very bright colors, which adds to the attractiveness and drive design.
