I believe that there is no need at all for any special introduction when it comes to the wildest and cleanest custom 1957 Chevy pickup you’ll ever find. Hell yeah baby, the amazing dudes at Hot Rod Garage settled in Sand Springs, Oklahoma did their job just perfect. We can proudly say that this is truly one of the finest builds when it comes to customizing old pickups.
Back in 2014 the “QuickSilver” won the Barrett-Jackson Cup and that is no surprise for us at all. Under the hood of this fine piece of machinery lies a 540 big block Chevy beast capable to deliver an estimated power of 650hp. The big block is paired to an automatic Gearstar 4L60E transmission.
As for the exterior, to attain a modern look on the chassis, every panel that you see on this sleek body was handmade or customized. In addition to that, the chassis was built with Fatman Mustang II front suspension and a machined four-link rear suspension. Also the Chevy rides on 20-inch and 22-inch machined wheels shod in BFGoodrich tires, also with Bilstein coilovers on both axles. For that sad stopping of the motion are responsible the 4-wheel Baer 6-piston disc brakes.
Enough talking, let’s take a look at this gorgeous beauty on the following video. Enjoy the view! 🙂
