2001 Duramax LB7 Blows The End Tank On The Dyno With A NITROUS BACKFIRE!!! Grille And Headlight FLY INTO THE CROWD!

When you read title like this, the first thing that comes up on your mind is that some evil 2001 Duramax LB7 will destroy the Dyno track while demonstrating extraordinary performances. While the horsepower and torque numbers are significantly high in this case the Dyno stayed untouched while the 2001 Chevrolet Duramax threatened the audience and scared half to dead!

Huge raw power doesn’t necessarily mean that it will destroy a dyno track. Maybe our Chevy on the video was powerful enough to confuse the computer which is measuring the horsepower and the torque but its 2001 Duramax LB7 engine couldn’t keep up with the heavy mods and finish the task.

This is what happened. The proud owner climbed his 2001 Chevy Duramax on the Dyno track in front of an audience, probably some raw power even for diesel enthusiasts. Besides the scary look the Chevy was promising astonishing performances and to some degree succeeded to demonstrate a part of them.

But, on the ultimate test, when the gears were shifted up and the driver inside needed to apply a high pressure on the throttle, a moment when we all thought that this 2001 Duramax LB7 will blow our mind happened something weird. The end tank blow off while destroying the front grill of the truck and throwing parts on the audience! Poor owner, we couldn’t even imagine his face, he was probably so ashamed that he didn’t leave the truck immediately.

Can you just imagine how passionately he was preparing his truck and raising its power? How long he was waiting for a moment where he can demonstrate the world what his truck is capable of? This should be a note to never overestimate your truck’s abilities and consider that if the engine could handle 1,500HP the manufacturer would sell it with half that power.

Enjoy the video.
