2016 CHEVROLET CAMARO: WAS THE WAIT WORTH IT? Here’s Everything You Need To Know About It!

After taking a glimpse at the new 2016 Chevrolet Camaro at Detroit’s Belle Isle, one question automatically appeared: was the wait worth it? The sixth generation Camaro was teased for months and only images were circulating of the silhouette and the engines and now it is finally revealed. From GM claim that this would be the most agile Camaro ever, with better response on the roads and lowered center of gravity.

But all of the manufacturers out there clam that their newborn is the best one! So, from here another question raises: Can the new 2016 Camaro keep the winning-streak alive? Let’s dig deeper in the improvements of the new 2016 Camaro and do the math.

“Downsized for the better” – It feels more agile, quicker and better handler and these attributes are supported with the lowered 0.6 inches front track and lowered 0.5 inches rear track. Smaller overall length for 2.3 inches (188.3 inches), down 0.8 inches in width. The 2016 Camaro also drops about 200 pounds from its weight. The 2016 Camaro also inherited the Alpha front-end and rear-end structure from the latest Cadillac CTS model (frame rails, trunk floor and motor rails). It seems like the new Camaro learned some lessons in weight diet from the CTS and ATS.
