Even though nothing is official yet, Nissan’s executives are hinting that this could become a real deal very soon. Andy Palmer, Chief Planning Officer of the company says that everyone could see that this car is much more closer to a production type vehicle, than to a concept car. There are still no confirmation that the vehicle will definitely start with a production, but Nissan’s plans about releasing it on the market as soon as possible are pretty much clear.

Lannia concept is a car which is borrowing many cues from other Nissan concept vehicles, like the V motion front fascia, a floating roof and the headlines in a shape of boomerang. Maybe it doesn’t sound very original, but you’ve got to admit that it is a pretty good looking car.

Lannia will be mainly focused on the Chinese market and it will be targeting the so called “balinghou” generation, young people who are signs of the new and digital age of China and who are at the midst of the consumption process in huge country. Therefore Nissan is expecting to do pretty well on the market, so it is no wonder if we see this model in the market place by the end of the year.
