We don’t believe that this is the first time you are meeting this name in the motorsport world, but let me give you a brief history of it. Robert Kubica is a former F1 driver from Poland, born on 1984. Yeah he was behind the steering wheel of BMW Sauber F1 team from 2006 to 2009, and between 2010 to 2011 he was racing for the Renault F1 Team.
On the rally Ronde di Andora on 6 of February 2011 he injured and made a pause until 2012 when he returned back. Since than he is an active rally driver, in 2013 he drove for Citroën and in 2014 he moved from WRC-2 to WRC championship driving Ford Fiesta RS WRC.
This year, 2015, he was also driving the Ford Fiesta RS WRC as you can see on the video, doing miracles with this small beast. You’ve might thought for a second, why an adrenaline addict moved to race with small cars?
Small cars? Don’t underestimate the performance of these small cars, especially on the Fiesta RS WRC which is powered by 1.6-liter I4 engine producing massive 300 hp @6.000 rpm with sequential shift 6-speed gearbox and 450 Nm @ 4.000rpm of torque. This sounds like pure adrenalin, yeah?
So if the performance convinced you, watch the video and enjoy the pure adrenaline sound.
