Sometimes, in order for all of us to really appreciate a certain car, it really helps if we literally see how it is made.
For this reason our dear friend and fellow car enthusiast Tim Burton better known as Shmee150 did a terrific video tour of the Flat Rock Assembly Plant, where Ford is making its Mustang and Fusion. Yes indeed, we are now entering the place where more than 1 million Ford Mustangs have been built since 2005.
Tim made this tour after his visit to this year’s North American International Auto Show with Ford. Normally a person cannot film what’s happening within the walls where everything from the mighty EcoBoost to the newest Shelby Mustangs are assembled, but Tim was granted a special permission thanks to which he was able to give us an insight into the factory. Aware of the importance of this facility Tim felt it worth sharing this amazing experience with all of us.
We have to thank and congratulate this amazing British fellow for making this great edit, giving us a real feel of what’s going on inside the factory. Starting from the stamping department to the final assembly you get to see how the beautiful creations of Ford are brought into life. Enjoy the view! 🙂
