By the title you can see that this is not an ordinary Jeep J20! Yeah it is not powered by AMC 4.2-liter engine but instead it is powered by mighty 6BT Cummins turbo diesel engine, and that’s not all keep reading the article to find out more.

Let’s start first from the exterior, yeah neither do us was looking like originally aspirated Jeep J20 but this truck body is fitted on 1992 Dodge W250 one ton chassis, and don’t let the naïve look to lie to you!

This Jeep is on steroids, yeah, the 6BT Cummins turbo diesel engine is pumped with bigger turbo, 150hp injectors, also the owner added water-methanol injection system boosting the engine power from 160 hp to 320hp. And that is pumping, double the horses! It is worth to mention the manual transmission and hydroboost brakes that are installed on it.

Considering the one ton chassis and the capable Cummins engine pulling it, this Jeep J20 must provide an excellent drive. And the driving pleasure won’t be ruined by the interior which is also improved with some digital display panels for the air condition and other indicators plus electric door locking. The owner words are: “This is all I wanted to do with this truck”!
