Wherever you see the Hellcat name either on Charger or Challenger you should know this, these machines are mean and they escaped insidiously from hell and came to planet Earth! Even if they are not there on the crime scene where the tires were killed, you will know that they were there! How will you find out that?
Here is the crime scene explained, strong rubber marks on the asphalt, a lot of rubber sand and strong smoky smell of rubber, yeah, the asphalt would be still hot! Now you know it, the Hellcat must have been there!
Only the 6.2-liter supercharged V8 Hemi with the enormous output of 707hp and 650lb-ft of torque can do that crazy burnout, literally crazy.
The same story happened again at the Carlisle Chrysler Nationals, where the green Dodge Challenger Hellcat melt its tires and spread evil white smoke all the way around and the driver needed to apologize to the crowd, yeah, which obviously enjoyed the burnout. They were screaming, the adrenaline pumped them, and the words of the driver even raise them additionally “I apologize, I should have turned the traction control on”!
