Seeing a rebuild of an engine is something that every car enthusiast loves, and seeing how this small-block Chevy was rebuild is once in a life time experience.

I know it is not much or something special for the “normal” people but for us, car lovers this is something that we call art and this is literally art for us. And having the opportunity to see this in a time-lap video is as I said once in a life time and also it looks really cool even for the everyday viewer. At the start of the video made by Hagerty Classic Cars we can see an old and dirty engine that is covered in old oil and rust and filled with fluids. After a minute the guys took off all the parts of the engine and we can just see the main block. After they bolt off all the parts they started cleaning them and when they started shining the paint crew put a light orange paint on the main block. And then the rebuild started, they have put all the cleaned and renewed parts back on the engine and just like that in a few minutes we got a brand “new” Small Block engine, and all thanks to the time-laps option that can make this video go faster than normal. Because doing this and seeing this in real life it would take more than few hours if not even days.

Long live the Chevy small block!
