Can you change your heart with different one and still feel the same? Well I hope you never find out but today we have something interesting in our hands, by the way it’s not a heart.

Today we have a lifted 2005 Ford F350 King Ranch with a Cummins engine, YES a Ford that has a different heart, Cummins engine. Before you freak out and say “no one should have done that”, just please take a moment and see what this owner has done. I know this might seem a bit strange and not natural but to be honest I think this truck is looking really good. This amazing Ford truck started his life as a standard F350 with a Powerstroke diesel engine, but (un)fortunately (this is up to you to decide) his “heart” has been changed, and also there are some changes done to his body.
