The competitors that are coming to compete at the Winter Jam races must be prepared for everything. By everything we mean weather condition, truck condition or health condition as well.

Here in this video there is a guy who went over the limit of his engine and managed to break the drive shaft of his truck, the Chevy. This particular Chevy truck has a four wheel drive (don’t even think to come out here on the snow with a two wheel drive vehicle) and the engine is 200+ horsepower. The footage is from the Run What Ya Brung Snow Bog event.

That is a large amount of power that is delivered through the drive shaft onto the wheels. There is a limit to this power and if you go over it, this will happen. The drive shaft is broken and you are out of the competition because driving it on only two wheels makes no sense at all. Some drivers like to put their vehicles to the test and some will pass some will fail and the ones who fail will go home crying and without a win chance.
