Yeah, they are cheap as $5 whistle turbo which you can install on your exhaust. The whistle will add amazingly 500 to 700HP, (totally insane numbers) and when the engine is running and the smoke goes through the pipe the whistle will create vortex which will sound like you have bad to the bones turbocharger. Yeah, exactly that mean sound!
