If the world was ruled by the tuning guys, customized vehicles would be all around us. We would have the most insane pursuit vehicles that nobody could get away from, and we don’t like that.

What if the police had the most powerful car and they caught all the street racers? It wouldn’t be an interesting world anymore, who would like to live in world where there are no street races or street racing events organized, and then crushed by the police.

The police would have the coolest, but most useless pursuit vehicle, imagine it lowered at the shocks, with large rims. No way could they catch anybody when you start driving off road to get away from them. Or if the British had the fire engine with mad low, it would be cool.

Or the wide body ambulance which would be madly uncomfortable, riding on large rims, making unwanted shocks to the already sick person inside. Well, it is up to our imagination, to imagine the impossible and hope for the best, we didn’t say that these models will be made, just making a point here.
