Testing Various LEVELS OF DESTRUCTION Of A Set Of Hooker Headers On A 550 HP, 400ci Small-Block Chevy From Blueprint Engines! THE RESULT IS SHOCKING!!!

The basic modification that can be done on any car in order to get more power out of the engine, is to remove the restrictive exhaust manifolds and installing some free flowing headers that will let the engine to breathe freely, in order to make more power for you. But the dents that are made in order to fit the new headers that you got can be a real bummer, they can cause losing some power too.

That is why you need to be very careful when mounting one of these things, because instead of getting some power, you will be losing some power from the engine. These dudes on the video from Motor Trend Channel are really looking for some fun with the engine, they go and fit it on the dyno to find out how much power it can make. This is one new engine that will be tested, and they start to bash the headers of the exhaust pipe. With one bashed pipe the engine made more power, but when they bashed the four from the one side, it didn’t make any power at all. The bashed pipes really matter this time.
