The Hellcat’s supercharger is coming from the IHI and is consolidated with a double water to air intercoolers and there is the air to oil coolers for avoiding any additional difficulties on the V 8. It is working with a almost straight through exhaust system and there is also a set of electronic valves that are opening up for more sound – all of this so that the Hellcat can breathe easily. Both of the engines, the Hellcat’s and the 6.4 liter are good to be paired with 6-speed manual TR 6060 or with a TorqueFlite 8 speed automatic. It rolls with a rear wheels drive with “a help” of up rated driveshaft, half-shafts, axles and of course there is an additional cooling on the rear differential.
The only difference between the SRT Hellcat and regular SRT (aide those 115 HP) is that the Hellpusy is wider for a half inch in the matte black forged aluminum wheels and it wears Pirelli P Zero Nero tires instead of Goodyear F1 Supercar. It also has larger front splitter and rear spoiler. Inside it has aluminum interior trim and digital graphics. The Supercharger has fender badges and the Hellcat is equipped with ram air inlet, built into the driver’s side parking light.
