Cold Start Of A Ford 7.3 Powerstroke Goes WITHOUT A SLIGHTEST PROBLEM! Quite Possibly THE BEST SOUNDING 7.3 COLD START I’ve Ever Heard!!!

The weather conditions are dictating that a cold start of the engine must go without a hiccup and here is one crystal example of this. Having to start the engine on the snow is the common thing to do in the winter times and this Ford 7.3 Powerstroke has been sitting out on the cold for a while now. It should start without a problem because the battery is full, there is fuel in the tank and one confident driver behind the wheel. Many drivers are afraid to start the engines of their vehicles in the cold as many of them have failed so many times before.

In the new technology of the diesel engines there are heaters in the block of the engine that warm it up and make the start much easier in the winter. And so many times we have seen the failure of the heaters to do their job and thus the cold start of the engine didn’t go easily as planned.

It has been a week since the owner has started last the truck and now it is time to do it again. As he says last night the temperature got well below the zero and now it is about 8 degrees outside. The oil of the Ford 7.3 Powerstroke must be so thick now that it will take some after while the oil gets worked up.

This is one Powerstroke that has been placed on the truck about a year ago and now it boosts up to 600 HP from the 7.3 liter block. That is huge amount of power and those large cylinders are making this engine a coal roller. We can see the black smoke coming from both of the exhausts on the sides of the truck. This is one amazing cold start that went perfectly without any hiccups.
