Behind the back cover is a six-cylinder boxer engine which now has an increased volume of 4.0 -- liters and develops 500 HP and 430 Nm of torque.

Porsche argued that this model is easier to drive and that gives more time at lower revs, and also has a better line of torque. The engine comes with a six-speed sequential gearbox.

The new Porsche GT3 RSR is sold at a price of 380,000 euros.
