The U.S. police which are known for their numerous ideas on catching criminals has a new device in its arsenal, thanks to which are reduced the risks of chasing criminals. This new innovative device is called the Grappler Police Bumper.

The Grappler Police Bumper is a new way of stopping the car in order to avoid police pursuits that endanger people’s lives. The test specimen was stopped by the company called Stock Enterprises and invented by Leonard Stock. His inspiration came when he watched a TV story about how over 300 people lose their lives every year only in police pursuits in the U.S.

The new system, which will soon go into operation will enable the police to catch the refugees in vehicles much faster without the need for relentless chases!

Classic police chases after fugitives seem to have come to an end, because of the emerging of the new system of “capturing” the fugitive driver, and it will soon go into operation in the United States.

Grappler will enable the police a quick and safe stopping of suspects without endangering other citizens to the consequences of a possible violent interruption of a police chase, as it is now. It can be installed on the front bumper of the vehicle.

This is a special system of “interception”, which on the rear wheel “throws” strips which are then wound around the tires, and this is just enough for the police car to stop for the runaway to be practically caught. The device releases the yellow tape that is wrapped around the rear wheel of the vehicle and so it stops. The mechanism that is required to pass the tape may be masked, so that the Grappler Police Bumper can be also installed on civilian cars used by the police. This new device is being praised already by the police, instead of the police PIT technique used so far.
