Come on, a Honda CB175? It’s not a girly motorcycle at all, it’s more an old-school ride. There is no way you can make a lady buy it and ride it at the same time. That’s our opinion. But our guy on the video has an interesting story about his Honda CB175 and how he sold it to his mom!
The guy, Douglas Gautraud is a nephew of Michael Gautraud, an engineer who manufactured the first automatic Brunswick ball return system for bowling. The other grandfather of him was a soldier, participating in the navy during the World War II. Douglas, obviously is hunted by his family heritage and success and he wanted to do something on his own, to has his own life and connect with the lives of his passed grandfathers.
He began his style by buying a Honda CB175. At that moment he thought it was his dream and what he wanted, to be wild and free and out of the internet buzz and false information. His mom was the only one who hated that idea because she thought that one day he will end on a car hood or deadly injured on the road.
You see how contradictory the story is, his mom hated the motorcycle! Next, Douglas found that the Honda CB175 is not his dream and he decided to put it on sale. But next he figure out apply to My Rode Reel competition and make some money from his bike. The price he wanted for the motorcycle was $850 and his mom offered him $800 just to put the bike aside from his life. He soon made the deal for $850 with his mom and that’s how she ended on My Road Reel Competition, as an owner of Honda motorcycle.
Watch this guy story, it is fun and you’ll like it!
