One serious drag race has just came to the scene, the LS powered truck that has twin turbo chargers mounted under the hood. This is definitely an amazing LS swap done with this truck.

It is nice to see that the new words fastest drag racer is a truck, but this is a huge achievement from the team which spent a lot of time working on the truck to finish this great LS swap. Now the LS engine is fitted under the hood, and along with it there are twin turbo chargers mounted to make sure that the ultimate air pressure is delivered inside. This drag race took place during the Houston Performance Trucks Shootout 2015 event.

Twin turbo means double the compression, and we can hear the turbines working even when the engine is running idle. When the driver revs the engine before the race we already know what to expect from it, burning the tires in just three seconds of the warming up. This is one serious drag racing truck that has been built and made ready to be the fastest one yet.

The quarter mile race was finished in just 5.89 seconds. That is quite an achievement for the truck and for the team who built it too. There were many people congratulating them for the build and they should too, because nobody else has built a truck so fast.
