Jaguars are well known for good handling while drifting, we are all about that and as we can see on the video, the shooter tricked us into thinking that the drift car would be a Jag, but as it turns out the Jaguar is only in the garage and they only wanted to show off with it.

The video was made by Tandem of Die, which made a great job, and they are showing their workshop as well, the Xcessive Manufacturing. As it turns out the car which will be filmed drifting, is the Toyota 1JZ. Don’t underestimate this Toyota, because as we can see on the video, it performs better than the other drift cars we have seen before, and this engine being a straight six, is very powerful and it has no problem with revving at the highest RPM.

This Toyota 1JZ has been rebuilt and the engine remounted which is essential for an old engine, but know we see the benefits from it. Reliable, powerful and easy to use engine which is always ready to drift and to make some tire smoke on the racing track.
