OVER THE TOP 1956 Chevrolet Nomad Wagon “Wanderer” At 2016 NSRA Street Rod Nationals! So Good It’ll Probably Cause CHAOS AT CAR SHOWS!

It is our pleasure to introduce you to a very sweet Chevy car, freshly restored and turned into a lovely work of art. Here is Jim & Melissa Boitnoitt’s custom made 1956 Chevrolet Nomad Wagon nicknamed “The Wanderer”.  The car was among the few samples displayed at the 2016 NSRA Street Rod Nationals event which definitely attracted the attention of a lot of folks with its unique style and appearance.

There a lot of cool mods done on the body starting with the shaved hood, narrowed bumpers whereas the most noticeable one was the custom one piece window as well as the custom mixed Green & Cream pearl paint scheme, the product of the House of Kolor.

The 1956 Chevrolet Wagon “Wanderer” was built on Roadster Shop chassis, while being lowered 6-inches on adjustable coilovers and rides on a set of large American Racing wheels with low profile Pirelli GT tires.

The Forrest Green leather interior of this custom made 1956 Chevy Nomad Wagon perfectly matches the color scheme of the body while in combination with the Billet Specialties steering wheel, Pro Car seats, Dakota Digital gauges and few more custom touches makes this car to have a magnificent hot rod interior.

The case is the same with perfectly detailed engine bay where you’ll find a Rob Morse built 429 cui 2015 Chevy LS3 V8 engine fitted with Borla 8-Stack EFI and number of upgrades delivering more than 600 hp through the 4L60E transmission provided by Coan Engineering.

With its polished green and cream looks, this one of a kind 1956 Chevrolet Nomad station wagon looks so good that it will probably cause major problems on crowd control at every car show it appears. Yes sir, this 1956 Chevrolet Nomad Wagon is a real beauty from bumper to bumper.
