Over and over again we see the same mistake being made by truck drivers.  This yellow box truck gets it after ignoring the 11’-8” sign and going under the small passage which in turn rips its top open.

Watch it again as he just speeds under the bridge as if it was nothing! What’s even more interesting to see is the car behind him which just followed through as if nothing had just happened and there wasn’t an entire sheet of metal torn open right in front of them.

This incident however isn’t the first of its kind, as this website labeled 11 Foot 8 Videos, shows many truck drivers making the same mistake over and over. And it’s even harder to say where the fault lies, but in this case it was clear that the truck was going way too fast to be able to see the sign and stop in time so it’s safe to assume that the fault is in the driver. The bridge goes undamaged with a few marks from the top part of the yellow box truck scraping it but it is mostly unnoticeable.

It goes without saying that once someone decides to drive a truck they should fully take into consideration the size of their vehicle and adjust to the roads accordingly.
