Hako actually means Box and suka is used as short for Skyline in Japanese. As for the Kenmeri, it is a C110 Skyline also known as Kenmeri or “Ken & Mary”. This name came from the advertisement for these models. The advertisement featured a young couple that went by the names of Ken and Mary who relaxed and enjoyed together in the car on a countryside. This advertisement is what helped the Skyline C110 to sell in big amount across Japan. It also made a good numbers in Australia. There are different body styles for the Skyline C100. It comes as a sedan with 4 doors, coupe with 2 doors or station wagon with 5 doors. As for the Hakosuka it comes basically as a coupe, but there are some coupe versions that made their debut in 1970.
All in all we have told you a little that you need to know about these versions of Skyline. We will leave you to watch the video and tell us what you think. Would you ever buy a Nissan Skyline?
