This is one smoked up career, because this cop just lost his job over a stupid argument. As for the owner of the video, he was just hooking up his boat in front of his own house, when the cop was spotted driving in the neighborhood, so the guy decided to take a video of him. The interesting thing here is that the maker of the video is not doing anything wrong, he is in front of his house, taking a video, so when the cop stopped with the police car, and he took his phone out and took picture of the citizen. This whole situation took place in Rohnert Park, California.

Then he got out of the vehicle and asked the guy to take his hand out of the pocket. Here the situation escalated and the cop took out his gun from the socket. The guy is clearly scared, shouting “you don’t touch me” to the cop. After they both calmed down a bit, they were talking about who has done wrong here, as the guy says that this is all going on YouTube. The cop understood that he is in trouble and he is trying to calm down the situation a little bit. His job is gone though.
