1968 Pontiac Firebird VS 2010 Lingenfelter Trans Am – Choose Your Automotive Poison!!!

The Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird were always related. Come on, they were almost the same car. With the demise of Pontiac and the return of the Camaro playing the card of nostalgia, Firebird fans were left without their particular reinterpretation. Luckily, for the most nostalgic and wealthy, the American tuning company Lingenfelter Performance Engineering takes proposing for the new Camaro as it came out a conversion kit that gives the 2010 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am an air of a modern Chevy Camaro.

This time, the guys at Motor Trend assembled a classic 1968 Firebird, and equipped it with the V8 350 ci (5.7-liter) 320-hp and one of the 6 Camaro “Lingenfelter Trans Am” models manufactured. The Trans Am was equipped with a 7.5-liter V8 engine with output of 655 hp. Both cars are from the private collection of Lingenfelter so they are in pristine condition.

Which do you like better, the original or the modern reinterpretation?
