‘Family Battle’ –Skyline GT-R R34 Vs GT-R R35! Place Your Bets!

Here we go with one of the most desirable drag battles between two generations of one of the best proven and highly appreciated sports cars of nowadays, the legendary and iconic Nissan GTR. First one, the favorite of the ones who are nurturing the old spirit and the profile of a real street sports car, the Nissan Skyline GT-R R34, and the second, which is an absolute hero of those who cannot resist the allure and passion of a supercar with drag-race character at its core, the Nissan GT-R R35!

As much as they both share the same features, like the 6-cylinder motor, and the all-wheel drive system (and others), they are also diverse in many different segments, one of those being its overall appearance. The Skyline GT-R R34 is well known for its butch and angular looks, and its superb and technically superior 4-wheel drive system and the steer chassis that can cling even to a highly twisted road. And according to many, no other sports car embodies the true spirit of street racing like the GT-R R34.

On the other hand, the successor of the GT-R R34, the Nissan GT-R R35, have lost some of those raw characteristics in its design, becoming a little bit more sophisticated and refined, with many more curves in its body lines, getting a little bit closer to some of the luxury European supercars. That is probably the moment that some of the hardcore GT-R R34 fans are criticizing the most. But no one in his right mind can deny the fact that it is also a superior sports car, and its awesome launch control and acceleration.
