Only one year old, this baby BMW M4 coupe has already reached the worldwide glory. The car has raced on almost all motorsport events excluding just DTM, where the car relies on the natural V8 engine. Many of the teams worldwide use the BMW M4 like it is part of the wide Motorsport Division family.

One of the many is Albin Mächler, and guess what, he is from Switzerland. And it’s not just a coincidence that he broke the record, he is an experienced BMW driver with history behind, BMW 318iS, BMW 135i and BMW M1.

The BMW M4 Coupe in the video is with the new S55 engine with 425 hp, 3.0-liter, 6 cylinders inline, twin-turbo charged, DOHC 40 valves with six-speed manual transmission hitting the road from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.9 seconds, 550 Nm (406 lb-ft) of torque, impressive specs.
