One of my favorite topics to write about is cars, especially if it’s an old-timer and even better, if it’s a muscle car. NBA player Joe Johnson is the owner of a twin turbocharged Chevelle, and I have to say that this car is breathtaking.

The exterior look of this car is plain awesome. The front of the car is so simple, and yet shows a complex design behind its simplicity. The front has a retro look with the complementing bumper and headlights. The rear spoiler is a nice touch as well, which is the known muscle car look. The paint job is simple, with the classic double stripes that distinguish it as a sports car as well as the hood scoop. From the rear, you can see the continuation of the double stripes on top of the trunk which matches the front end. The rear lights have the classic round shaped Chevrolet look which same as the paint decals match both ends of the car.

What’s appealing on the exterior is even more amazing once examined from all angles. The exhaust systems appear fascinating, with the double mufflers on each side of the rear ends, which give it the true sound of a muscle car, loud and distinct. This Chevy has only two doors which I find a necessity for sports cars, four doors simply don’t work with the look in my opinion. The wheels are Forgiato Estremo and they add a particularly attractive aspect to the car, and a very monster-like appearance. I mean, what’s not to love about Forgiato Estremo wheels, 20 Inch up front and 22 inch in the rear gives the car a tilted, aesthetic look. To top it all off, the black shiny paint merges every part of this super car. The inside of the car is custom made so that it looks more modern and with retro elements so that it has that mixed view, but it goes without saying that the interior equally as amazing as the exterior. The surround system installed and I can just imagine how great is that. Also, there is a small touch monitor that controls the surround system and a sport’s steering wheel that adds to the sports look. Under the hood we can see a brand new shiny Twin-Turbo Chevy engine and the liquid to air intercooler. The look is simply stunning.

At the end, I just have to say that I love to see an old timer muscle car in a great shape like this Chevelle. I mean what is better than an old car that looks and runs like its new specially an old-timer muscle car like this. I hope there will be more people like this that are taking care of their old-timers and not just letting them rust. All in all this is one old timer that is made to go head to head with the new super cars of this century.
