This device called Rotogrip, has chains attached to a rotor, which is attached to the vehicle’s base. When you need the chains, press the button and the rotor will go down next to the tire. The rotor with the chains, will be touching the tire, to rotate it, and the chains will fall directly under the tire with every turn of it. With the Rotogrip, the grip of the tires is improved by 45% in winter conditions.

This is very good result, and the best thing is that we will always have chains with us. The up and down motion is powered by air and electricity, and the tire itself will rotate the chain rotor, ensuring that with every turn you have another chain ready to give more traction and grip to the tire, for safer and better driving.
