Among other great builds and projects that we saw at the SEMA Motor Show this year, there was one that really impressed us a lot. This cool ride belongs to the good old American family of Ford Mustangs. This particular Mustang is nothing like others that we filmed at the show, and you know already from our previous articles that there were some amazing looking Mustangs in Las Vegas this year.
What we have on the following video bellow is a Ford Mustang GT500 drag car. What’s really impressive about this project is the fact that this is the world’s fastest Ford Mustang GT500 with single turbocharger specially made for drag racing. This cool orange GT500 is the product of Competition Auto, a tuning company based in the town of Spring Lake, North Carolina. Tim Bradham is responsible for building the chassis, while under the hood of this car you will find a Modular 5.4-liter engine, force-fed with a 106MM Precision turbo placed instead of the stock blower.
Also, this is a SCT sponsored drag car capable of passing the quarter mile run in 7.30 seconds at speed of 192 mph. What do you think of this hell of a ride?
