Making this hovercraft at home took too much man hours and too much money but at the end it paid off. This team of engineers managed to build a homemade hovercraft that when it reaches 70 km/h it takes off and starts to fly.
The man behind this amazing machine comes from New Zealand, and his name is Rudy Heeman. The hovercraft works on the principal of the wind, and it has to have a massive engine in order to propel the big fan. Then the blades of the fan create so much air flow that it lifts the hovercraft in the air. Then you have an all-terrain vehicle that can be useful in so many ways. And it can be fun as well, driving it across the sand then on the lake and on the road also. There are no tires so you don’t have to worry about flat tires and how to change them along the road.
And the interesting thing about this hovercraft is that when it reaches 70 km/h it takes of the ground and it starts to fly. It is not like a plane but you can fly around and see all the things that were impossible to see before. Check out the video bellow:
