The New 2016 Ford GT Supercar Has 3 Million More Lines Of Code Than A Passenger Jet Airplane!

When it comes to engineering the limits are pushed all the time, some companies find lucrative solutions and get rid of the unnecessary lines of computer code and some just add more and more to improve the performance of their vehicles.

The same thing here happens with the new amazing Ford GT which has 10 million lines of computer code, 8 million more than the F22 Raptor fighter jet and 3 million more than the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Ford engineers loaded the Ford GT with heavy computer “code” armor.  They claim that each line of the code is necessary because they are using off-the-shell components and that amazing computing power will provide even the newbies super car drivers amazing driving experience and will keep the car in the desired direction. Maybe we are meeting here the most advanced car ever produced.

The computing power is provided by 28 microprocessors and those tiny parts will control the 3.5-liter V6 EcoBoost engine which is based on the Ford’s Tudor United Sport Cars Championship Daytona Prototype which mounted on the GT40 trashed the Ferrari on Le Mans! This power is not a joke, 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged EcoBoost with amazing 600HP outcome pushing light-weight carbon and aluminum body will do miracles on the road.

Ford will limit the GT production on only 250 pieces per year with price of $400,000. At least you will get few extra computer lines of code.
