Back in 2014 Nissan had already given a foretaste of the concept car at Goodwood Festival of Speed, which was designed specifically for the PlayStation game Gran Turismo 6. Now we will see a revised model in Japan. Seeing from the radical drawn study probably only one or the other design feature is taken over, one of which might the front grill which was redesigned for Tokyo and which reminisces of the current production model.

But GT-R fans will have to wait  for one more thing: Because before the next generation of the Nissan GT-R from 2018 attacks the Porsche in the world, there is a technical update of the current model. This was confirmed by Nissan on the Australian site caradvice.com.au. Thus, the developers still see room for improvement in the GT-R R35 series. This does not affect driving performance, which is already on a very good level. Rather, it is in the revision to improve the handling characteristics of the GT-R. In addition, there will be also slight modifications in the design.
