Police brutality is one big issue of the PDs around the USA, and once more we have a great proof of it. The dashboard camera caught in the act the police officer who kicked the biker in the face, hitting him with his gun too.
This is one cruel move to make to a biker, and the pissed off guy went to the court and sued the police officer right away. And he was right, there was no need to use such force, or should we say brutality by the police officer.
We can see in the video how the cop chases the biker for a couple of minutes, hitting him with police car at the end of the chase. This is one wrong move to stop a bike, damaging the bike and injuring the rider too. After the biker is on the ground, the cop kicks the biker, with no need at all. Maybe the cop was just pissed off because the rider didn’t obey his orders, but that is not the way that this situation could be handled.

Man, that cop was pissed! Beautiful country, and nice day for a ride. The biker didn’t even know the cop was behind him. But the cop thought he was evading him.

There’s no way that guy didn’t know the cop was chasing him. If this had happened anywhere but a liberal place like Oregon, the guy wouldn’t have won crap. Speeding, passing in a no passing zone, reckless driving and attempting to elude a police officer. I think the cop did a great job stopping the idiot.
Maybe he had the right to stop him but to kick him in the chest is just too much.
If you run from the police and put peoples lives in danger this is what you get . $180,000 no way .More like 5 years in jail and $180,000 fine for the biker.

Typical Rice burner biker. Danger to everyone. Then he has the audacity to do the “Hey What Did I Do” thing. Cop had every right to do what he did.
I agree that many bike riders that ride crazy are endangering people in the traffic but the reaction of the cop was way out of line.

no wonder, people hate cop in America. If I were that guy, I take the gun from the cop n shoot the cop to his head. Left him die on side on the road n continue ride a long nice country side
