We would love to rename the 85th Geneva International Motor Show –Expressing The New Body Language. Yeah, through the past years of the event and for this one that is coming each manufacturer is impatiently waiting to show the world their look and vision about that future cars. More emotions are implemented and can be seen the presence of the technology on higher level, more merged with the driving experience.
But honestly we are not surprised, and we are expecting even more, cars that can drive on their own, or can be driven by the smart phones and even more technology novelties.
It is the same story with the Japanese manufacturer Mitsubishi which brings new plug-in hybrid at the 2015 Geneva International Motor Show. They are not hiding their mission and why they would be there: “We are striking for new future direction in the frames of luxury styling merged with technology”.
The full name of the model is Mitsubishi XR-PHEV II, successor of the model we’ve seen at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show. And why a sport version of a terrain vehicle? We doubt that this performance crossover concept with S-AWC all-wheel drive with8-speed dual clutch transmission with plug-in hybrid power plant is just an introduction of the car that will succeed the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution.
