The start of this video is simple. Two guys appearing to be ready to paint a car. But this isn’t the regular paint job you find every day.

The finished product leaves us incredibly wondering what kind of chrome paint is really applied. After the first layer this door becomes more reflective and after each layer is sprayed the second person seems to be washing it down with a liquid which adds like a finishing effect. After the second layer the chrome look becomes more and more distinct and it almost looks like a glass mirror is being applied onto the door. Truly a remarkable sight. With more layers being added the finish looks even more amazing to the point where a crisp reflection is achieved on the side of the door without any imperfections being visibly noticeable. It would be amazing to see what the finished product of this Mekki Chrome Plating process looks like on the entire vehicle but so far we are only left to wonder as only one part of it is being finished. What do you guys think about chrome painting? Cool? Outdated?

Personally we find this design to be fascinating where applicable but it definitely isn’t something every car can pull off!
