You would think that you have the safest race or drift car there is, and you have the best team behind you and that nothing could go wrong, but you would be mistaken. Watch this guy who is driver for the Nissan team in the Formula Drift competition, how he is running away from the car as the Nissan S15 goes suddenly on fire.
The drivers name is Masashi Yokoi, and he is one of the best but clearly the team that should have his back, is not. In his Nissan S15, after the fire was put out, it was discovered that there is a NOS leak in the trunk of the car.
Can you imagine how dangerous that is if there was a little more air in the trunk of the car? There would be an explosion and the driver, Masashi Yokoi would never drive again a Nissan or any other car as a matter of speaking. But the good thing is that the fire fighters were professionals and they managed to put out the fire as quickly as the car stopped on the end of the race track.

The writer of this article obviously does not know what NOS is. (N2O) which is two atoms of oxygen on one atom of nitrogen. So to say that “what if there were more oxygen in the trunk… An explosion could have occurred. Is wrong.

The description of the video on YouTube says that Masashi Yokoi ´s NIssan S15 catches fire, caused by a Nos leak.
Yo koi doesn’t run nos. he or his crew forgot to put the gas cap on the tank. That’s why he was red flagged, and Ryan tuerck advanced on. Know you the facts.
