This is the first one ever Volvo drift truck that has been made for the purpose and that is actually good at it. There were a lot of attempts to make a driftable truck but no success because even though the guys did the trucks very light they had less grip on the tires and no drifting capabilities at all. There were a lot of rumors about this Volvo truck and about the release in public date and now it is finally on the drift track. When seeing this truck from far away it looks like a race car but from up close the view is even better. This is one big rig that is able to drift those tires out of the rims and melt the rims too.

The Polish driver that is making all those beautiful drifts is named Marek Wartalowicz and he was known in the drifting world from before. He had a BMW that was able to drift its way up to a mountain and then down again. He has shown such great drifting skills with the 2JZ BMW E21 so now he has moved on with the Volvo drift truck.

Drifting such big rig is not easy at all and here all the things that have been learnt with a car will come to the surface. To drift the large truck the driver spent many hours of practicing and now he is just showing off with what he has done with it.

There is a great front race spoiler mounted on the truck which makes it look even angrier than it is. The engine that is under the hood just backs up that story and powers those large rear wheels all the way. Keep out of the flying rubber on the side as the drift is not over yet.
